Your dream pergola delivery within Auckland typically takes 1-5 working days after production, depending on your project size. For smaller, standard style projects in stock, we can deliver even faster. Larger, customized projects may take a little longer, but rest assured, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Due to the customized nature of our work, confirmed orders are final. We recommend reviewing your design carefully before approval to ensure everything aligns with your vision.

We handle the full structure setup and provide guidance for basic wiring. Electrical connection and drainage work should be arranged separately.

Your louvre roof's main aluminium structure is covered by a 10-year warranty, reflecting our commitment to durability and quality.

Improper use, extreme weather damage, unauthorized repairs, or lack of maintenance may void the warranty coverage.

Use the system under normal weather conditions. Avoid operation during strong winds or storms, and never force the blades manually. To keep your pergola in top condition, we offer an optional annual maintenance service, recommended to extend the life and performance of your system.

While minor variation is possible due to powder coating, rest assured it won't affect quality. We offer 8 stylish NZ-favourite standard colours, or customise your pergola with any colour you like. Your vision, your shade.

Ensure clear site access and confirm that the surface is level and structurally sound to support post anchoring. Concrete, decking with strong substructure, or steel beams are ideal. If unsure, we recommend a site visit before installation. For electrical setup, an outdoor power source must be available. Water drainage can be directed to grass, garden beds, or a collection system depending on your preference. Please be present during handover to receive operation and care instructions.
