School Project
This coastal school had long faced strong winds and high humidity, making its original outdoor area unsafe and unusable in many weather conditions. The school needed a sheltered space that could provide shade, rain protection, good ventilation, and year-round usability. We delivered a customised solution using corrosion-resistant aluminium and a high-wind structural design, featuring large spans, reinforced beams, premium powder-coated finishes, and an optimised drainage system. The completed shelter now offers a reliable all-weather outdoor area, significantly improving student comfort, safety, and overall space utilisation on campus.
Builder Collaboration Project
This project began at the drawing stage, where we worked closely with the builder to confirm dimensions, structural requirements, and installation details in advance. We also provided custom flashing tailored to the site, ensuring both waterproofing performance and a clean architectural finish. The final pergola integrates seamlessly with the home, featuring clean lines and a solid structure that looks as though it was built as part of the original house.
